Kevin Hart Laughs His Way To Forbes' Highest Paid Comedian's List

Kevin Hart is winning the comedy game this year.

Forbes recently looked at comedy's top earners and found that Hart is the highest-paid comic earning $87.5 million between June 2015 and June 2016. Hart's earnings end the ten-year reign of Jerry Seinfeld ― who netted $43.5 million ― as the genre's cash king.

Forbes credited Hart's successful “What Now?” tour, which he's called his last, and string of box office films as contributors to his top-billing. Hart was also named the sixth richest entertainer on Forbes Celebrity 100 list. 

Among the list of other notable highest-paid comedians are Amy Schumer, who is the first woman to made the list at number four with earning of $17 million, and Dave Chappelle at number six ($13 million).
