Here are some people you don't want your ex to hook up with after a breakup: anyone you've ever met, someone with a threateningly low body fat percentage, Nick Jonas, an MMA fighter...
Well, according to Us Weekly, Demi Lovato combined a couple of those worst-case scenarios and shaped them into the drool-worthy Guilherme Vasconcelos. His nickname in the ring is “Bomba,” if you're still grappling with how much of a win this is for all parties involved.
The two, who work out together at West Hollywood's Unbreakable Performance Center, have reportedly been “hooking up” less than two months after Lovato split from longtime boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama. But the source says Demi is “just having fun” and “still looking to meet new guys.”
Girl, stop, drop and keep this one.
In June, Lovato and Valderrama ended their relationship after nearly six years of dating, explaining in a joint statement on Instagram that they just work “better as friends.”
“After almost 6 loving and wonderful years together, we have decided to end our relationship,” read the statement from Lovato, a singer and former Disney star, and Valderrama, an actor known for his role as Fez on “That '70s Show.” “This was an incredibly difficult decision for both of us, but we have realized more than anything that we are better as best friends. We will always be supportive of one another.”
The news that Demi's moving on doesn't come as a complete surprise, considering her frequent appearances on Vasconcelos' social media accounts. A week ago, the MMA pro fighter attended the singer's concert in Orlando, Florida, where she paid tribute to the victims of a mass shooting at an LGBT nightclub.
Lovato is also a T-shirt-wearing member of “Team Bomba” and recently attended one of Vasconcelos' fights. He even reposted a video of the two sharing a sweet moment after his big win at Dynamite 2, an MMA and kickboxing event.
So we now have an idea of who may have inspired Lovato's sexy new single “Body Say.” Clearly, she said “yaaaaaaaaaaaas.”
