Even If You're A Famous Actor, You Can't Touch Jessica Williams Without Her Permission

Peabodys!!!!!!!!!!!

A video posted by Jessica Williams (@msjwilly) on

Surprise, surprise. A famous actor overstepped his boundaries with a woman. This time, it was actress and comedian Jessica Williams.

During her "Two Dope Queens" panel at Vulture Festival on Sunday, Williams recounted how an unnamed famous actor touched her during the Peabody Awards the night before.

According to The Cut, Williams was not OK with a strange guy invading her space because, you know, she's a human being.

Yesterday, I was doing the red carpet for the Peabody's so I was doing interviews. I was doing an interview, and all of the sudden, this guy, this popular actor comes up behind me and just grabs me and just pulls me in towards him. I was literally talking to somebody, and was like, “What? What is happening?” And he was like, “Yeah, girl. You fine” … If I was at a fucking bodega in Harlem and this happened to me, I would literally stab you. But because he's a great actor, everybody's, “Haha, that's funny, right? Good one, you got touched.”

This incident comes on the heels of a similar situation involving Uma Thurman, who felt "violated" after an inappropriate kiss from an entrepreneur at an amfAR event during the Cannes Film Festival

Lesson of the day: You can't touch people without their permission, even if you're famous.
