J.R. Smith Hugs Opposing Player, Allowing Another Rival To Dunk With Ease

Maybe he should have saved the pleasantries for later.

In an NBA game Tuesday night against the host Milwaukee Bucks, the Cleveland Cavaliers' J.R. Smith approached the opposing team's bench to greet Jason Terry. They hugged in what could have been a heartwarming moment.

Only play was on and Smith's impromptu social call allowed the Bucks' Tony Snell to sneak in for an easy dunk.

Smith is known for being a big character. But Tuesday's antics will be remembered in his canon of antics.

The Bucks won, 118-101.
