Video: Young Thug – 'Texas Love'

Thugger hearts Texas. Young Thug caps off the week by releasing a video for his tribute song “Texas Love.” The clip, which he co-directed with Be EL BE, serves as a dedication to the people of Texas that were affected by the recent floods.

“If Texas love was a drug…” he sings, while rapping about popping molly and his lack of features. “No features, I don't do features / I don't like leeches.”

In between footage of the torrential flooding in Houston, Thug stands in front of a wall with Prince's symbol and gets splashed with water, while Houston's own Trae Tha Truth makes a cameo.

“Dedicated to all the loved ones affected by the flooding recently in Texas,” wrote Thug. “My heart goes out to all of whom were lost and still trouble by this tragedy.”

Watch his dedication to the Lone Star State and look out for his next mixtape, I Came From Nothing 4.
