Young Thug caught up with Tim Westwood after a recent show in London, and the interview is as wild as you’d expect. While backstage in his dressing room, Thugger—wearing hotel slippers and a diamond-studded Apple Watch—discusses his new music, drugs, and swag.
“I never thought you’d make it over here,” gushes Westwood, enthusiastic as ever. “I thought you had too many cases.”
Westwood questions him about his upcoming projects. “Slime Season 1, crazy,” Thug responds, referring his forthcoming project with London On Da Track. “Slime Season 2, crazy. Hy!£UN35 the album, crazy. Slime Season 3.”
When Westwood tells Thug that he’s “moving pretty crazy right now,” Thug responds, “Lotta drugs.”
Things get “lit,” in Westwood’s words, when a blunt is sparked. Westwood prods Thug to talk about his label situation, saying that there have been a lot of false starts. “Did you hear that, bitch?” says Thug into the camera, addressing Lyor Cohen of 300 Entertainment, his label.
“Swag drippin’,” remarks Thug cryptically, when Westwood asks about his “swag levels.”
Thugger will kick off his U.S. tour next month and release his debut album Hy!£UN35 this fall.
