Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder (R) live-tweeted Sunday night's Democratic presidential debate in Michigan, defending his administration's choices that led to nearly 100,000 Flint residents drinking poisonous water.
Snyder tweeted that he's "taking responsibility" for the crisis, and argued that the choice to use corrosive water from the Flint River was "never about money."
"This was a failure of government at all levels that could be described as a massive error of bureaucracy," he tweeted.
